EASY TRAVEL CROCHET SLIPPERS

Barefoot Girl...

Yes I admit I am happiest barefoot...
my feet are my thermostat...
once in the door my shoes and socks are off and my feet are naked...
however every now and then...
especially when travelling during cooler weather...
a pair of slippers are absolutely essential...

AND I always prefer.... SHOES OFF onceyou cross the threshold...
So literally two days before we took to the road...
I whipped up these

EASY QUICK TRAVEL CROCHET SLIPPERS....

the pattern is very easy and quite quick to make up... and best of all no sewing... apart from hiding yarn ends and attaching the perfect heart... or embellishment...

Attaching the perfect heart at an angle and off centre made it easier to identify which slipper went on which foot... you know LEFT or RIGHT foot... I know I am getting old...

ANYWAY....

I only jotted down a few notes re pattern prior to my travels...

and only yesterday decide...

Ciao ciao....

CROCHET HEART SAGA

I have always had great admiration for granny square crocheters...their patience and their perseverance...something which I for one have none of... APPARENTLY...many years ago when I looked at granny squares and attempted same... I was totally over the whole experience when it came to changing colour each round...the whole exercise of cut the yarn and hide end and now with CC1 attach to ....totally wore out my patience... and I have not returned to it since...NOW if you know me at all...you will know I am not fond of sewing...and you will know this is reflected in my crochet...small projects with limited sewing... hence working in the round...and I will always opt for changing colour without having to cut the yarn...I will go out of my way to limit the number of times I have to cut the yarn and reattach a new yarn...WAY TOO MANY ENDS TO SEW AND HIDESO with this in mind you may appreciate my latest attempt at designing a square... not exactly your traditional granny square .... but my ...
