At BARBARA SUMMERS Hand Knit & Crochet we are committed to ensuring your privacy as a customer.  You can be assured that no information collected will be sold and none distributed to any third parties.  Your information will be solely used to service your orders and to facilitate your participation in BARBARA SUMMERS promotions.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).  Our business is not registered for GST, therefore we do not charge 10% GST on goods purchased from us.  

Purchasing

Purchases can be made online using Paypal SSL secured shopping cart.

We also accept orders via email.  If you see something in the shopping pages but would like to discuss size and colour variation simply email us at orders@crocknit.com and let us know about your custom order.  We will contact you within 24-48 hours with details of your order and a PayPal invoice.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and are covered by insurance.  Shipping rates quoted in PayPal checkout are for Australia only. 

Overseas customers will be notified via email of the extra shipping amount on order confirmation and sent a PayPal invoice for this amount, which must be paid prior to your order being dispatched.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours.  If goods ordered are not in stock, and need to be made, we will inform you of expected dispatch date.  This could be 2-4 weeks from date of order.
